Charles Elena Design has been appointed creative partners since 2008 after demonstrating a sound understanding of the business and producing a winning concept to further develop the Melbourne and Auckland-based business.
The juggling concept (below) is telling clients to outsource their payroll and let PayOffice worry about the distractions that stop their staff from delivering better solutions. The concept builds on the PayOffice brand with the strong use of corporate colours. The juggler imagery is used as a visual tool to represent the multiple payroll services PayOffice provide and allows the extended brand collateral to become more tangible to clients by profiling staff members.
PayOffice Branding (PDF 2.9MB)
Visual aesthetics are important to convey the right message and reflect an accurate brand perception. PayOffice highlights its clarity as a company and content through the use of clean and simple design. White space and cool hues are used effectively with clean typefaces and visually engaging photographic images to help portray this ideal.
In developing the brand, Charles Elena Design profiled competitors, identified the business values, the people and culture and their unique IP. View the online brand manual above.
